the location was good, central to many attractions.
The room size proved smaller than anticipated. the bathroom lacked basic amenities. I expected a wider range of toiletries to be available. the staff seemed a little disengaged. Requests took longer to process than i thought they would.

The reception team offered a great service, and I was upgraded to a suite upon arrival. The concierge and bellboys were also amazing and professional, especially the outdoor staff member. I will return, as I have already booked my next trip at this hotel (I love this place!).
The room I had got very little natural light, since it only had one tiny window.

The hotel is close to the excitement of Piccadilly Circus and within walking distance to Soho and Mayfair. This allows easy access to popular attractions and entertainment options. It's really convenient.

Customer service from all team members was amazing. The staff is genuinely friendly and concerned about guest comfort. The service here was unmatched (a real standout!).

The suite was spacious, luxurious, and quiet, a perfect base. It had all the bells and whistles you'd expect, with an extra bed. Rooms were beautifully appointed with a sleek, contemporary vibe.

The room was not ready when promised. I waited almost an hour. they also mixed up my luggage with another guest. the final payment was charged twice to my card.
